HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO MAKE MY ORDER?

Each piece is made to order and production time is 3-5 business days. Once your piece/s have been made, they will ship according to the option that you selected at checkout.

THIS IS A GIFT, CAN I GET IT GIFT WRAPPED? CAN I INCLUDE A GIFT MESSAGE?

Thank you for shopping All the Tiny Pieces for your one-of-a-kind gifts. Each piece comes gift ready in an organic cotton pouch that doubles as a stone polishing cloth. Each piece also comes with a card that includes the gemstone name and meaning. If you would like a gift box, please check the box that says "ADD GIFT WRAP TO YOUR ORDER". You can also include a custom message by leaving a note on the Cart Page in the "Personalized Gift Message" area.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER BUT MADE A MISTAKE ON THE CHAIN LENGTH/QUANTITY/WRONG ITEM. CAN I CHANGE IT?

First off, thank you for your order! I would be happy to make this change for you, as long as the order hasn't been shipped. Please email hello@allthetinypieces.com and use the subject line Order Update, to make any updates to your order.

WHAT IS THE CHAIN MADE OF?

I offer several types of chain. Here’s some info about each of the different options: Brass - Nickel-free, strong and durable, with an antique look and feel. Doesn't tarnish or turn green. Sterling Silver - Hypoallergenic, .925 silver. May tarnish over time but it can be cleaned. Works for most people with sensitive skin. 14k Gold Filled - Hypoallergenic, tarnish resistant and perfect for people with sensitive skin.

CAN I WEAR MY JEWELRY IN THE SHOWER OR WHEN I GO SWIMMING?

Each piece is built to last. When not wearing, keep your “tiny pieces” protected by putting them back in their organic cotton pouch and store in a cool, dry place. Swimming or showering while wearing your “tiny pieces” is not recommended due how each gemstone/crystal or chain may react to water and/or chemicals.

DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS?

Yes! I want you to wear this piece forever. Should anything happen to make your jewelry unwearable, please contact me to repair. Repairs are free within the first 365 days of purchase. Customer pays for shipping and I will pay for return shipping, once repaired.
